Table Bookings
Our booking system automatically allocates your table, we will try our best to seat you in your preferred area or table however this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed.
We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running late. If you arrive any later, unfortunately, your table may not be available.
All diners are required to order a meal.
Drinks, coffee, cake..
We mainly operate as a restaurant therefore from 9am - 3pm we only serve to diners only, if you would like to come for a cream tea etc then please book from 3pm onwards, Monday to Saturday. Drinks only are on a walk in basis only, this is subject to availability and may not be possible in busy periods but we will always do our best to accommodate
Dogs
Guide dogs and certified emotional support dogs are allowed in The Woodford. We do not allow dogs or any other pets inside our restaurant. We have a large outside terrace where we welcome dogs, ready with water bowls and treats!
Celebration Cakes & Decorations
You are welcome to bring balloons, they must be able to fit within the table space, this is to make sure all of our guests have a great experience while dining with us. We do not allow any other decorations.
We offer birthday cakes! Just let us know at least 48 hours before your reservation and we can let you know the different options. We do supply a birthday brownie - just let us know whos birthday it is on the day!
You can bring your own cake with you however due to health and safety regulations we will not be able to serve the cake. The cake can be presented to the table after your meal and then the cake can be taken away once you leave.
Dietary Requirements
If you have a food allergy, please inform our staff when placing your order. We take food allergies seriously and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Children
Children are welcome at The Woodford and we have crayons and colouring paper ready!
Please include children in the guest number for reservations. Please make a note if one of your guests require a highchair. We also offer a kids' menu with smaller portions and kid-friendly options. If you require space for a pram please let us know at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate this, if the pram is not required at the table we may ask you to store it away from the table.
